Super Green Smoothie Bowl

It’s Mother’s Day in North America on Sunday so I wanted to wish a Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there! I’m not sure why a smoothie bowl was a Mother’s Day symbol in my head. Maybe it’s because this one is my super green smoothie and my mom and the other moms I know remind me of super woman! Enough of my inner monologue and on to the recipe!

The ingredients in this smoothie bowl help support heart health, relieve some symptoms of stress, boost your immunity and lower cholesterol.
