Fruit Mix and Chia Seed Smoothie


Makes: 1 serving

Total time: 5 minutes

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit mix e.g. strawberry, mango, pineapple, blueberry
  • 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1.5 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Ice cubes if desired


  • Combine all ingredients (including ice if using) in a blender and purée until smooth. Serve immediately.
