Baked Plantain Chips

Green Banana Chips from Cuban CuisineMakes: 1 serving

Total Time: 20 minutes hours, cook time: 12-15 minutes, prep time: 5 minutes


  • 2 ripe plantains peeled and cut into small slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of cayenne pepper


  • Mix ingredients together and pour over raw plantains. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 12 minutes. Check after 8 minutes.
