- 2 ripe plantains peeled and cut into small slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- Mix ingredients together and pour over raw plantains. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 12 minutes. Check after 8 minutes.
