I love a vanilla chai tea smoothie. They’re delicious, filling and healthy.

I’ve had major issues posting today. Finally I got it to work! Chai tea can help improve digestion, boosts the immune system and fight inflammation.

Vanilla chai tea super smoothie recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana cut large chunks
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • Ice
