I’ll keep this post short and sweet! Here are some easy ways to help improve your skin’s appearance.
Wash your face twice a day. Do it once when you get up in the morning and again before you go to bed at night. It’s especially important if you wear makeup, but everyone should do this!
Workout. Studies show that when you workout, you slow the aging process because of the natural human growth hormones released during vigorous activity.
Yoga for your face muscles! My mom used to do this when I was a kid, and I thought it was weird at the time, but it does help. Facial exercises help so that skin doesn’t sag, it stays younger looking and more firm. Check out YouTube for different facial yoga techniques.
Don’t compare yourself to others. Not only is this bad for your self-esteem, but it’s also bad for your skin. Stress shows on your face.
