Fruitatastic vegan and gluten-free blueberry mango smoothie bowl!

blueberry and mango smoothie bowlI love mango. My aunt gave me some great ones, so what better than to use them in a smoothie bowl. I’m trying to find some new options but still keep my protein up.

The health benefits in this smoothie are abundant. For example, mango helps clear skin and fight heat stroke, and supports digestive, eye and heart health.

Blueberry mango smoothie bowl recipe

  • Makes: 1 serving
  • Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

Mango

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 mango, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, I use Vega Sport

Optional toppings

  • 1/2 mango, pitted and sliced
  • Some strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
  • Handful of mint leaves

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Add toppings and serve.
