This blueberry mango smoothie bowl is fruitatastic!

blueberry and mango smoothie bowlI love mango. My aunt gave me some great ones, so what better than to use them in a smoothie bowl. I’m trying to find some new options but still keep my protein up.

The health benefits in this smoothie are abundant. For example, mango helps clear skin and fight heat stroke, and supports digestive, eye and heart health.

I’ve listed the full health benefits and nutrition below the recipe.
