Spinach, pear and ginger super smoothie
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 pear
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, I use Vega Sport
- 1/4 tablespoon hemp or flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, chopped
- Optional: teaspoon of chopped nuts of your choice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. If using, add one teaspoon of chopped nuts and serve immediately.
