Detox smoothie packs a powerful punch

Cleansing vegan and gluten-free detox smoothie


Sometimes you just need a good detox to cleanse your system. Here’s a quick and easy smoothie that helps to cleanse your system, and it also tastes awesome!

  • Makes: 1 serving
  • Total time: 5 minutes



  • 1 cup frozen berries, I usually use blueberries, raspberries and strawberries, if using fresh berries, add some ice when blending the smoothie
  • 1 cup of organic kale, chopped
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 scoop (22 g) vegan vanilla protein powder (or 3 tablespoons of organic vanilla bean powder)
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed

Optional toppings

  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free rolled oats


Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Drink immediately.
