Sometimes you just need a good detox to cleanse your system. Here’s a quick and easy smoothie that helps to cleanse your system, and it also tastes awesome!
- Makes: 1 serving
- Total time: 5 minutes
- 1 cup frozen berries, I usually use blueberries, raspberries and strawberries, if using fresh berries, add some ice when blending the smoothie
- 1 cup of organic kale, chopped
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 scoop (22 g) vegan vanilla protein powder (or 3 tablespoons of organic vanilla bean powder)
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon gluten-free rolled oats
Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Drink immediately.
