Six-course gluten-free “Italian with a twist” menu – meat or vegan

6 course tasting menu

Since Valentine’s Day is coming up, I thought I would post a tasting menu if you were looking for recipe ideas for a great night in for yourself, you and your significant other, family or friends. I previously posted one for Thanksgiving, if you want some other ideas. I make tasting menus for birthdays, any other time I feel like doing something nice for someone, or cooking a bunch of food.

It’s a long post, so I’ll get right to it. I love Italian food. But as some of you know from my other recipes, I have a host of food allergies; so I decided to make a few wonderful Italian dishes with a twist. I also included the nutritional value for each course, plus a total for the overall meal.
