A few of my favorite meat and vegan recipes

sushi and pollo saltado

I’m hosting Christmas this year so this will most likely be my last post until afterwards. I thought I’d link to some of my favorite recipes that I posted this year. They might also offer some ideas for anyone thinking of last minute holiday dishes. All are gluten-free.

I left out the smoothies since I have a hard time choosing, but I may come back to that one! I also didn’t include cabbage rolls since I just posted a version of them yesterday.

For those celebrating, Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas and I wish everyone a wonderful rest of the week and weekend!

    • Thank you for your comment! I’m allergic to everything these days so when I don’t eat meat I have to eat vegan, it took some time to come up with some recipes that tasted decent, but I love Caribbean food too 🙂 Have a wonderful New Years!
