Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

Yippy skippy! That’s all I can say about this mixed berry ginger smoothie bowl. It’s as good as it looks, and healthy too.  Enough said. Mic drop.

Some of the health benefits of this recipe include helping with digestion, weight loss and muscle and nerve functioning.

Mixed berry ginger smoothie bowl recipe

  • Makes: 1 serving
  • Total time: 5 minutes


Fresh forest fruits


  • 1 cup almond milk or water
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, blackberries and raspberries
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, I use Vega Sport plant-based protein
  • 1.5 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Ice cubes if desired

Optional toppings:

vegan chocolate bar


Add all ingredients minus toppings into a blender and puree until smooth. Add toppings and serve.

  1. What a great idea with that chocolate garnish! I JUST made a lazy smoothie that color with blackberries (which are hard to find here), blueberries, and strawberries. Anyways it turned out that exact color and I started naming it the Grimace smoothie hahahaha
