Happy Friday! It’s my twelfth week doing random acts of kindness Fridays. I’m hoping that some of you will join me, even if you don’t post or talk about it. Let’s make this world slightly nicer one day at a time!
Today is “be kind to yourself day.” It’s so important to treat yourself well. It’s easy to forget with all that we have going on to treat ourselves fabulously. Give yourself a kind word, treat yourself to something or go out and do something you enjoy. I’m taking a half day to spend some quality time with a couple of my friends for a long…. long lunch!
